"My wife and I moved into a 1990’s home this year and decided to rework our kitchen. After looking at several cabinet makers we decided to go with Kerfside. Judson is intelligent, Detailed and very talented. His shop utilizes high tech cutting equipment, top-quality lumber and the best hardware sources…which puts Kerfside ahead of all the others. We asked for a white oak island and 3 walls of paint-ready cabinets and a powder bath vanity. We just finished install and they’re now prepped for paint. We will be back. Kerfside cuts no corners."

"Out with the old and in with the new! Not only did Judd remove the old cabinets but designed and installed beautiful cabinets and bookshelves to the ceiling with molding that was expertly done. The molding looks like it was done with the original molding around the rest of the living room and it was quite involved. Judd really cares about doing a professional thorough job and wouldn’t settle for good! I would highly recommend without reservation!"

Meet The Owner
Hi, I’m Judson Archer – the owner and operator of Kerfside Custom Cabinets. Throughout my life I have always had a tool in hand ready to build something. As a second generation cabinet maker, I grew up in the world of renovation and woodworking. My folks closed their business while I was still very young, but after college I decided to pursue custom cabinetry as my own career. With nothing but a few tools and determination I started over from scratch back in 2018.
Today I’m grateful to have a thriving business and count myself lucky to serve our amazing customers in the DFW metroplex. If you are new here, thank you for stopping by and considering my services. I hope we have the opportunity to work with you!

We are working on some shaker style cabinets for a laundry room in Colleyville - these renderings help clients visualize the end result and create a beautiful design blueprint as we move towards installation.
