1. BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Let's chat about you and your project! This call is completely informal and only takes about 5-10 minutes, The purpose of this call is to determine if we are the best fit for your scope of work and desired timeline. You can click any of the "Book A Call" buttons on our site to select a time to speak with one of our team members. There is no need to have all of your details sorted out before booking a call so don't hesitate if you are unsure! Our team is here to help answer any questions you may have. 2. SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
After your discovery call, we will coordinate a time to meet in person. This often looks like a 30 minute meeting to measure your space and talk through any critical design elements you may have. This is a key step in our process to shake your hand and capture your vision for your project! We also schedule shop tours if you would like to see some of our work in progress in the shop.
3. PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS
Once we have measurements of your space, our team puts together a custom preliminary design for you to see. As it stands, the preliminary design is complementary and allows us to put together a more accurate estimate for you.
4. Your Estimate
It’s time to decide if we will be working together! We will review your estimate and determine whether or not you are ready to move forward with us as well as help answer any questions you may have. Assuming you are ready to proceed, we will collect an upfront deposit at this time to hold your spot in our production calendar.
5. Finalize Designs
Hooray! You are now in our production queue and it’s time to start ironing out all of your design details. This is the fun part where you get to work closely with our team in making your vision a reality. Once your designs are finalized we will send you a contract to sign which will outline the scope of work and detailed cabinetry plans before we begin building anything. This simple contract ensures that we are all on the same page and can deliver the finished product you want.
6. Build
Now that your plans are finalized and we have a signed contract, your cabinetry moves from idea to reality as we make those first cuts. We work closely with you to make sure you are aware of production progress and updating your lead time as we build.
7. Installation
Your install day has finally arrived! You will receive a notification from our team 1-2 weeks in advance to schedule a day that works well for you. Our team of installers take every precaution to ensure a smooth experience for you and we are typically in and out within 1 day for average size projects.
